Billing FAQs
When do I pay for a self-pay visit?
Payment is due at the time of service. We’ll confirm accepted payment methods when you book.
Can I get a receipt for out-of-network reimbursement?
Yes. On request we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) you may submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.
What if my insurance changes?
Let us know as soon as possible so we can re-verify your benefits before your next appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another patient.
